Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rydo Grocery, operated by InfoSkills Technology Pvt Ltd (CIN: U72900UP2020PTC130521), we strive to deliver the best shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel orders, request returns, or receive refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

1.2 Cancellation by Rydo Grocery

We may cancel your order if:

  • Requested items are out of stock and no suitable substitutes are available
  • The store is unable to fulfil the order
  • Delivery to your location is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Payment verification fails or suspected fraudulent activity is detected

In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligible for Return

  • Damaged or broken products on delivery
  • Expired products
  • Wrong items delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Missing items from the order
  • Products significantly different from description or images

2.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen items) unless damaged or expired on arrival
  • Products with tampered or opened packaging (unless received that way)
  • Items where the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Change of mind after delivery

2.3 How to Report

  • Open the order in the app and tap "Report Issue" within 24 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Refunds are processed through your original payment method via PayU or Razorpay. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within the specified timeline, please contact us.

4. Scheduled Order Cancellations

  • Scheduled/recurring orders can be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time at no charge
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to cancellation fees
  • AutoPay subscription charges that have already been deducted will be refunded if the order is not fulfilled
