Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data

This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wishlist and saved preferences
- Scheduled deliveries and active subscriptions
- In-app chat messages and support history
- Push notification tokens and preferences
What we retain (as required by law)
- Order history & invoices — retained for 3 years for tax and accounting compliance
- Payment records — retained for 8 years as required by Indian financial regulations
- Fraud prevention data — anonymized records may be retained to prevent abuse
How to request deletion

From the App
Open Rydo Grocery → Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Via Email
Send an email to info@rydoapp.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Call us at +91 99105 25949 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 8 PM IST)
Processing timeline
- We will verify your identity within 24 hours of receiving your request
- Your account will be deactivated immediately after verification
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
